At NIBSS, she facilitated strategic collaborations that accelerated electronic payments across both public and private sectors. She also advised startups through Paypr.work, a payments consultancy helping banks, fintechs, and merchants unlock new revenue streams.

Today, Abi is the founder of Blooms Consult, an AI and automation consultancy helping small and mid-sized businesses embrace AI without needing to write a single line of code. Her signature approach blends strategy with action, guiding teams from overwhelmed and curious to confident and capable through workshops, accelerators, and custom-built AI systems.

She’s trained over 500 professionals globally and is known for delivering warm, engaging sessions grounded in outcomes. Her work spans multiple industries, including finance, retail, consulting, creative services, and nonprofits.

Abi is also the creator of Startrs, a conversation-starting app that helps professionals connect more meaningfully at networking events. As an angel investor and board advisor to several early-stage ventures, she remains passionate about helping founders build bold, sustainable businesses.
